Introduction
Vixbee makes downloading design assets simple and efficient. Whether you're using free resources or enjoying full access as a Pro user, downloading is designed to be fast, secure, and fair for everyone.
How to Download an Asset
- Browse templates via Marketplace or Search Page.
- Click on the template you want to download to open its Detail Page.
- Click the Download button.
- The system will check your daily usage and prepare the download.
- After a few seconds, your file will automatically download.
Download Limits
Free Users:
- 20 downloads per day (soft limit).
- After 20 downloads: a Fair Usage Policy reminder modal appears.
- After 50 downloads: hard block for the rest of the day.
- Limits reset every 24 hours.
Pro Users:
- Up to 100 downloads per day without interruption.
- After 100 downloads: Fair Usage reminder appears, but downloads may continue.
- After 200 downloads: hard block for the day.
- Limits reset every 24 hours.
Note: Since templates often contain multiple files per item, 100+ downloads per day is considered excessive and may indicate misuse.
Downloading Collections
- Collections cannot be bulk-downloaded.
- Each asset inside a collection must be downloaded individually.
Fair Usage Policy
- Downloading must follow the terms of personal or business use.
- Mass downloads using bots or automated tools are strictly prohibited.
- Excessive or abusive activity may result in a block or account suspension.
Quick Reminder
Always save your downloaded files securely. Vixbee does not guarantee re-download access for lost files. Be sure to check file formats and software compatibility before downloading.
